Yes. Generations Tribute Package (US$49/year) adds unlimited gardens, 240 minutes of video memories, audio recordings, a custom subdomain and SMS + WhatsApp service announcements. Live memorial streaming and on-site photography are per-event marketplace add-ons available on any tier. Families building a multi-generational archive usually start with Generations Tribute Package.

For longer recordings (digitised home videos, converted tapes, phone footage), a one-off Video Pack adds 1, 4, or 12 hours of lifetime video storage, downloadable any time. The Generations Tribute Package includes 240 minutes by default.

Yes, at any time. As administrator you can download every photo, every story, every post. Your data belongs to your family.

As the administrator, you sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, no passwords to remember or lose. We recommend appointing a backup administrator for family continuity.

Visitors can only upload to the Visitors Bench. Only the administrator can approve and release posts onto the Garden wall, nothing appears publicly without your explicit approval.

Invited visitors receive an access link that allows them to view the full wall. Any posts they create go into the Visitors Bench for your approval.

Priced fairly for where you live, R 149 in South Africa, £19 in the UK, €24 in the Eurozone, $29 in the US (and everywhere else), A$35 in Australia. One year, one garden. Annual increases are capped at 5%, with no increase for the first 3 years.

MHSRIP sends reminders. Your garden remains active for 3 months after expiry before access is paused.

No. It is stored for 12 months, giving you time to resolve any payment issues. Removal only happens after multiple reminders.

Only you can grant access to your garden and approve uploads. MHSRIP does not share your information with any unauthorised party. Your data is yours.

Only the application is submitted through MHSRIP. All further contact is directly between you and the product provider.
